The Northern John Howard Society, in conjunction with Community Corrections, is involved in Community Work Service projects. The projects are for those court ordered to provide hours of volunteer work in order to fullfil their sentences.  We encourage other non profit or community oriented groups to find projects and work for these people in order to provide opportunites to give back to their community.
